This new series Dark is a German science fiction thriller family drama series created by Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese. Set in the fictional small town of Winden, it revolves around four interconnected families haunted by their secrets, and contains elements of science fiction and fantasy. In 2019 a local boy disappears which catapults a series of bizarre events, from a mystery man coming from the future to travelling through time. Though this series starts slow at first but just after one or two episodes we get gripped in on the entire premise of bizarre time travel and alternate reality.
